Custom Multifocal Daytime Contact Lenses

Distance-centered multifocal contact lenses are worn during the day to slow the progression of myopia in children. It is worn exactly the same way as regular soft contact lenses. These specialty contact lenses have dedicated vision correction zones and treatment zones. The distance-centered design allows for good vision at the center.

​​​​​​​The treatment zone works to focus light differently in the back of the eye, training the eye to resist change in order to slow myopia progression. Multifocal contact lenses are worn during the day because they do not reshape the curvature of the eye. These contact lenses work instantly, are comfortable to be worn during the day, and allows freedom from wearing glasses.
